AquaStone 5™ is an optimized permeable pavement void fill material, ideal for use with Perma Piazza, P-Quattro, TerraStones, TurfStone or any other Permeable Pavement product. When used to fill the voids, or area between pavers, the 5mm clean stone creates a far more porous surface than sand or stone dust. It allows water to pass directly through and into the ground below, rather than blocking it out and creating runoff like traditional joint sand. AquaStone 5 can also be used as an alternative to bedding sand to achieve even greater rates of permeability.
