The Rinox Lifetime Warranty

Rinox Pavers, LLC, proudly provides a limited lifetime warranty for the structural integrity of our concrete products when installed to industry standards in compliance with our installation instructions. The Rinox Lifetime Warranty is provided to the original owner with proof of purchase and is non-transferable. Rinox warranty only applies to residential projects.  Rinox products are manufactured to meet and exceed industry standards in ASTM C1372, ASTM C 936, and ASTM C1319.  Rinox produces its concrete products from natural materials, and variations in color may occur; therefore Rinox is not responsible for any variations in color. The customer is encouraged to pick from multiple pallets under the same lot to ensure proper color dispersion. Use of product constitutes color acceptance.

Efflorescence is a naturally occurring process that dissipates over time. Chemicals (except Muriatic Acid) can accelerate the process; however, natural weathering is recommended. Rinox is not responsible for any efflorescence issues as it is a naturally accruing process. 

If it is determined that a product is covered under warranty, Rinox will replace the product only. Rinox recommends the use of a membrane between the plate compactor and the paver. Rinox is not liable for surface damage as a result of ignoring such recommendations.  Excessive use of certain de-icing materials can be damaging to all concrete surfaces over time.  Please check with supplier of the de-icing materials for its effects on concrete.

There are no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to this product. In no event shall seller be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product or for consequential or incidental damages.

A note about color: the colors of the products shown in this brochure are as accurate as the photographs and printing process will allow. We strongly suggest that you make your final color selection based on an actual product sample rather than on the photographs shown here.
