Rinox Pavers Provides a Permeable Solution for Homeowners’ Driveway Upon the completion of a large home in Rehoboth Beach, DE, the homeowners contacted several contractors to discuss options for landscaping their yard, as well as what materials to use to design their driveway.  Patrick Richie, CEO of Landscape Consulting, followed up immediately with the homeowners’ request and helped them design a beautiful, yet practical driveway complete with a gorgeous landscape package.  Landscape Consulting worked closely with Sussex County and the North Shore Homeowners Association to have the design and construction approved.  One of the requirements by the county was that the driveway had to be permeable. Landscape Consulting’s task at hand was to design a large driveway that would allow water to filter back into the ground naturally.  Landscape Consulting knew just the product that would not only eliminate any water run-off, but is durable and has great aesthetics – Perma Piazza.  Recently, Rinox Pavers introduced Perma Piazza pavers, which when installed over the proper base, perform quite impressively with minimal water run-off.  It is also ADA-compliant and has a tight interlock when installed in a herringbone pattern that will minimize the possibility for any shifting from vehicular traffic. Landscape Consulting skillfully designed and constructed a semi-circle driveway with Perma Piazza pavers in a custom morocco beige color.  A soldier course border was added around the driveway with Perma Piazza pavers in panama beige to add an attractive trailing accent.  Two Belair Circle kits in panama beige were also added on both sides of the driveway to provide balance and a bit of embellishment.  For the homeowners’ convenience, Landscape Consulting constructed pathways that lead under the raised home for vehicular coverage and storage, and also to the backyard.
